Three tracks. One commercial story.

No per-event fees. No per-API rate cards. No surprise egress charges, because there is no egress. You're buying ownership of a primitive, not renting access to a verdict. You buy the right to embed Burein in your app for the year — the Per-site Licence — and optionally add Services & Support if you want a delivery team alongside you. The Sovereign track bundles both together with source-code escrow and the procurement terms regulated buyers need.

Because there is no API. The SDK runs on the user's device; we have no event count to bill against. Per-event pricing is a SaaS pattern, and Burein is not a SaaS.

No — it is an add-on to a Per-site Licence. The Sovereign Licence already includes both wrapped together with source-code escrow.
